Derek is responsible for the audit of large companies as well as a diverse portfolio of owner managed businesses.  He is involved in the preparation and review of annual accounts and management accounts for a number of clients as well as working closely with the directors and owners of those businesses to review profits, costs and business planning.

After completing his training with McLachlan and Brown he gained invaluable experience with one of the big four firms' including a secondment to an airline before returning to medium sized practice joining Peter Deans in 1994.

Other specialties included business start-up and growth advice.

Graeme joined the practice in June 2004 to coincide with the launch of the new office site in Larbert.

 Graeme completed his training with Nelson Gilmour Smith in Glasgow and held the position of Audit Manager before his move.  He now specialises in dealing with owner managed businesses working closely with our clients to ensure they fufill their business potential and maxmise full earnings capabilities.

 As well as being the firms' IT partner, Graeme also deals with the more complex areas of direct and indirect taxation.
